        How are calls billed?
        Actual consumption depends on the platform functionality used (Call Transcription, Audio Call Recording, etc). All calls are billed in 60 second increments, from pickup to hang-up. The per-minute cost of the call will depend on the subscription plan that you choose. See for detailed pricing in account preferences.
        Does the number of customers matter?
        We don't limit your calling list. Numbers provided in subscription plans descriptions are for informational purposes only, to help you match the appropriate plan with your customer base.
        Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
        Yes, you can change subscription plan by yourself in account preferences at any time.

        Switching from the "Explorer" to any plan with minimum monthly commitment (MMC) will be applied immediately, if the account has required amount of money for onboarding payment.

        Switching from a plan with MMC to different plan with MMC will be applied on the 1st day of the following month, if the account has required amount of money corresponding to the selected plan.
        Does my budget expire at the end of cycle?
        Yes. By signing up for a subscription plan, you commit to a certain usage (volume). If you need help identifying your volume, - please contact our sales representatives.
        Can I make international calls?
        Yes. Our platform supports international dialing. See for international rates in account preferences.
        In which countries can I buy a phone number?
        Phone numbers are available for 65 countries. Please note that some countries require your personal ID.
